The Bureau of Private Experience

A reception space installed on a staircase landing is attended by a performer with a brochure of mysterious private experiences on offer. Upon selecting their experience each visitor is taken to a dark secluded recess space for a private performance. Amplified in intensity by the construction of trust between strangers in an uncanny social encounter, these situational duets indulge and delight the primary senses.

This project was created within the context of a Jardin d’Europe Wild Card Residency within the Exerce Master program.
